With the resignation of Sen. Chuck Hagel, the announcements of Jon Bruning and Mike Johanns, and Kerrey\'s decision against running for the vacant seat, Nebraskans need you to represent them in the United States Senate, and as the leader of the Nebraska Democratic Party. 2008 is a rare opportunity for Nebraska to play an active and engaging role in what may be the most important election in this nation\'s history. Issues such as the War in Iraq, Global Warming, the Economy, and a plethora of others face this nation, and your leadership is needed to combat each.
