WE, the undersigned citizens of Mora County respectfully yet strongly request that the County defer consideration and action on all oil and gas activities within Mora County until such time as the County Commissioners address the many adverse impacts that the oil and gas industry would cause to its citizens and the cultural, environmental, economic and especially the water resources of the County
