Impeach Bush for Gross Misconduct regarding Hurricane Katrina
To: The U.S. Congress From: The American People We believe that President Bush, as the head of the executive branch of the United States government, has the ultimate authority to approve and manage relief efforts. We believe that President Bush failed in that capacity with regard to the emergency in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. We believe that the inaction of the government can be directly attributed to President Bush and his failure to act. We believe that this failure to act is an abuse of power because of the incredible danger placed on human life. We believe this failure was so grossly negligent as to be classified as \"high crimes\" toward the American people. We ask the Congress of the United States to investigate these high crimes against the American People by initiating an Article of Impeachment against President Bush.
