In Lewisham many of the areas that are designated as Neighbourhood Shopping Areas benefit from the time and expertise of members of Lewisham\'s Town Centre Management team. Examples of areas that benefit and are similar to Ladywell Village are Brockley Cross, Hither Green and Honor Oak. These town centre managers have been instrumental in improving the retail mix of these areas. LVIG believe that Ladywell would benefit from having a town centre manager for a couple of days a week and that as a designated Neighbourhood Shopping Area should be entitled to one.
