Support Glenn Beck and His Values and Principles
Recently an email campaign has been started to get Glenn Beck off the air by targeting his advertisers. Unfortunately, these efforts have succeeded in removing many sponsors (see www.SupportGlennBeck.com for list and contact information), with possibly more to follow suit. It's time we let these companies know what Glenn Beck supporters stand for and what removing their advertising means to us. This petition will be sent to all of Glenn Beck's sponsors who have pulled their advertising. It will also be sent to current sponsors as they are continuing to be targeted. Glenn Beck supports the values and principles on which this great country was founded. It's not about being a Republican or Democrat, but an American. He is a steward of the following principles: 1. America Is Good 2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life 3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday 4. The family is sacred 5. If you break the law you pay the penalty 6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results 7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with whom I want to 8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion 9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me. Through his radio and television show, he promotes God, family and country - which resonate with a majority of Americans. There are some people who have an ideological problem with Glenn Beck. These people will not be satisfied until voices such as Glenn's are silenced. For the millions of us who share Glenn's values, there is nothing more frightening than losing our forum. Unfortunately, the sponsors of Glenn Beck's television show have become a pawn in a game to silence Glenn Beck. By pulling advertising from his show, a statement is being made that they wish to distance themselves from the values and principles that Glenn promotes. Please sign the petition to let companies who have pulled, or are considering pulling, their advertising from Glenn Beck's show that we will discontinue to patronize them whenever possible. We feel that by caving to a group of people whose mission is to destroy Glenn Beck, empowers their cause and consequently hurts our great country. For this reason, we cannot support them. Thanks for your time and help.
