The APEX Center of New England (APEX), 475,000 square-foot (SF) retail, entertainment, and hospitality destination, will be the first state-of-the-art complex of its kind in the Northeast, providing desirable services to local residents, small businesses, and corporate professionals in Boston’s Metro West region.

The APEX will draw many visitors to Marlborough, MA with its unique blend of retail offerings, hotels, diverse restaurants, and exciting entertainment options. Existing Marlborough residents, businesses, and their employees will benefit greatly from these additional offerings and consumers.

A 150,000 SF entertainment and recreation center will include a wide variety of exciting amenities, such as a fitness center, indoor trampoline park, bowling & arcade, indoor cart racing, laser tag, rock climbing, and simulated golf.

In addition to increasing and diversifying Marlborough’s retail and recreational offerings, APEX will bring more than $1 million in tax revenue to the City annually.
