School uniforms can be bothersome and expensive. Ask a student if they like or agree with school uniforms and you will most likely get a negative answer. Why should students in public school have to wear uniforms when they have such an obvious discomfort and disdain for them? And why should their parents be burdened with buying them these expensive uniforms? Why is it a student's class can, and will, be interrupted to send someone out of dress code up to the office because their pants are not khaki or navy? Or for not wearing a shirt with a collar? Is it fair for the student to have to change and miss class? I conclude that uniforms are overall not beneficial, and should be rid of in public schools.
