This is a petition to make things more fair on non members. When it gets enough signatures I will send it off the Club Penguin. My aim is to at least make non members be able to wear more clothes. Some children's parents can't afford to buy memberships or perhaps they just aren't allowed them. Anyway, Club Penguin is about fun. But it's not fun for people who aren't able to pay up. It's not their fault.
