Bring Our Malaysian Hostages Home
On May 14, 2015, Thien Nyuk Fun, 50, & Bernard Then Ted Fen, 39, were snatched from Ocean King Seafood Restaurant in Sandakan, Sabah and were taken to Jolo island in the Philippines.
As we celebrate Malaysia Day, let us not forget that Thien and Then have spent 124 days in the jungles of Jolo, held at gunpoint by Abu Sayyaf gunmen.
Their health is deteriorating and the hope now is that help comes fast for them to be freed.
We plead with the Government of Malaysia to speed up the process of securing the release of our fellow Malaysians, and bring them home safely as soon as possible.
We pray every Malaysian will support our plea for help and sign this petition.
We hope to achieve our target of 100,000 signatures for our petition to be handed to the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, with the hope that his personal intervention will expedite the process of securing the freedom of both hostages.
In the true spirit of Malaysia Day solidarity, let us work together to achieve the target of our petition and that our fellow Malaysians will be reunited with their loved ones.
