We the undersigned encourage the City of Spokane Valley City Council to support and develop the Browns Park Master plan. The Master Plan includes elements that will serve both the surrounding neighborhood and the region.
The volleyball facility will be a
big boost to a sport that grows in popularity every day and is a sport for
every generation.
In addition, build out of the Master Plan will create a venue
that will attract participants from throughout the PNW and Western Canada.
These visitors will be a positive impact on CSV hotels and motels, restaurants
and retail producing new sales tax revenue for the City of Spokane Valley
