So wrong. Homeowners have rights too.
about time someone stood up to this. eminent domain is being used way too much nowadays.
This is nothing but theft. plain and simple. the government needs to stay away from our property.
THEY WANT TO TAKE MY LAND FOR A PARKING LOT. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? STOP THIS.
it is our land. they dont have any right to take what we spent our lives working for just to turn around and give it to some developer.

My grandparents worked for 40 years to pay off their house just for the city to try and tear it down for a mall that never even got built. total garbage.
