This is a petition in the small town of Concordia Kansas asking the city to remove the breed ban law. There is really no justification that Concordia needs this law. We don't have a over population of any breed of dog, we don't have dog fighting rings, and as long as I've lived here I've heard of very few dog attacks . None involving the breeds that are banned. If you are against breed bans or breed bans that have no purpose then please sign this petition .
