PETITION TO THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY TO AMEND THE NATIONAL CONTINGENCY PLAN (NCP) PRODUCT SCHEDULE AND TO USE EMERGENCY POWER TO DELIST PRODUCTS OF CONCERN We, the undersigned, United States citizens hereby petition the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to: 1) amend the National Contingency Plan (NCP) Product Schedule to include a process to delist products of concern to the public, effective immediately; and 2) issue an emergency decision, effective immediately, to delist all products that contain any substances known to be a human health hazard and/or any proprietary ingredients; or any products that have not been demonstrated to be non-toxic to naturally-occurring wildlife in flow-through toxicity tests with young life forms of ecologically and economically important species relevant to the area where the product will be used.
