A vacant and abandoned property, in the Cedar Park area, represents decline and neglect. A couple of weeks ago the house caught on fire. The property current bad conditions and dangerous structure will contribute to the neighborhood instability, diminish public safety (nuisance), and devaluate neighborhood quality of life. I’m asking for your help with immediate action/signature in order to 

• Secure the abandoned property and eventually maybe demolish it
