A planning application has been submitted for the group of victorian warehouses to be demolished, at 44-50, 52-58 Lancaster Street, SE1, known as the Colorama buildings. Southwark council has previously undertaken a character appraisal and recommended them for listing.(see link below) Glasshill Street and Webber Street heritage buildings were proposed for demolition.
