At a recent public meeting, parents and residents in Ham and Petersham were told that proposals to improve facilities at local schools will involve selling off all the land of Strathmore School and a large part of the land at the Russell School to developers. While we would welcome better facilities for the schools, as local residents and parents we oppose any proposals that involve building on school land and so we say NO to these proposals
