For a long time, many people who care about the French Bulldog , watched the progress of the conflict between kennels Zone Miracle (owner Olga Zabroda) , Bucher Pljus (owner Irina Komolova) and breeder Galina Kosova.
The conflict arose from allegations that Olga Zabroda filed against Irina Komolova and Galina Kosova. The essence of the charges - falsifying pedigrees and breeding of dogs from the litter "M" , born in kennel Busher Pljus on 05.06 2009, and falsification of pedigrees of the litter out of Sheperd's Bulldogs Edison and Busher Pljus Mai Dzhindzher Vein, breeder Galina Kosova.
We look forward to French Bulldog Club of Russia and RKF making the decision that will contribute to the ending of this conflict.
We disagree with the decision of the Presidium of the Club from April 18.2012 ,which was based on nonexisting regulations of FCI regarding collection of samples of genetic material been done by veterinarian only.
We believe it's necessary to adopt a number of specific measures that will contribute to ending of the conflict between kennels and restore the positive reputation of Russian breeders in the world dog community.
We insist on additional testing of dogs, the data of the origin of which had been questioned. Testing shall be conducted simultaneously on a single rules for both sides by one of the laboratories designated to carry out such procedures.
We asking Presidium of the Club to have an extraordinary meeting with all parties of the conflict present to finilized the rules of procedure..
Olga Zabroda has no objections against testing.In the event that Irina Komolova and Galina Kosova will deny such proposal,we will appeal to RKF to suspend the activities of kennel Bucher Pljus and a breeder Kosova until the true origin will be established for the following dogs: Busher Plus Magic Cloud (RKF 2524718, JGW 176, date of birth 5.06.09), BUSHER PLJUS MAKE ME CRAZY (RKF 2524722, JGW 180, date of birth 5.06.09), BUSHER PLJUS MOON ANGEL (RKF2524721 JGW179, date of birth 5.06.09), YUpiter Tiggi Daniel (ATO 2163), YUnni Appolo Mak Muffin Strim of Dzhoi ( ATO 2162).
At the meeting of the Presidium of Club, please consider immediatly select and appoint a group of independent breeders, who will be in charge of testing procedure and responsible for:
- Selection of laboratory and purchasing kits for testing;
- Set the date, place and time of the procedure;
- To invite representatives from the Club and the RCF and agree with them on time and place of the procedure
- Make a list of dogs that are required for testing. Instruct the regional representative about protocol for testing dogs outside of Moscow.
- To provide the mandatory presence of all parties during this procedure
- Sending tests and receiving results
- Publishing and promptly updating information about testing on the Club's site
- Notification of foreign partners about the results
- Providing information to dog owners who is willing to have opportunity to conduct testing of their dogs.
