1. iLok must provide the full business address, including phone number and fax. 2. iLok must build and maintain full customer support via phone. 3. iLok must notify it's customers via email regarding all changes taken place within an account. 4. iLok cannot limit, suspend or close user's account under any circumstances, third party requests, interest and any other conditions. iLok has this right only in request of legal authorities such as police, FBI, court or any other government officials. 5. iLok should develop and provide free full coverage and immediate ex-change for all broken, lost and stolen licenses located on the iLok keys. iLok should be obliged to replace (recover) all the licenses to another full and equal licenses in the same account. This must be done by filling an on line form by the user. Recovering should be executed within 24 hours from the filing of this form. 6. iLok can take steps including reporting to legal authorities, those individuals who abuse conditions above (term #5). ILok can permanently close a user account if such abuse has taken a place. 7. iLok should develop and provide to users a guarantied anti-fraudulent detecting system. A user who receive the license must eliminate any suspect of it's legitimacy. 8. iLok as a middleman between the end user and the manufacture, should provide a free of interests service to both sides and keep any private information confidential. 9. iLok should maintain it's technical service including hardware servers facilities at the best it can. 10. iLok must guaranty the full service. Should the iLok decide to leave business, it must allow 1 year of full service letting users to resolve any issue with thier licenses. 11. iLok must require the vendors to recover and/or handle and future maintain their licenses, should the iLok go out of business. 12. iLok should must notify the end users if something should be changed or modified. 13. iLok should automatically email a proper tax invoice/receipt in the end of each month, summarizing all transaction fees which have been paid.
