Southwest Detective Joseph Murray (a.k.a. TheFuzz9143 on Twitter) has been awaiting approval for Social Media use from Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey since January 11, 2012. For years, Detective Murray's Twitter account has provided invaluable crime and safety updates for the West Philadelphia area. His tweets allow the community to follow crime trends in the neighborhood and also receive notification when perpetrators are apprehended.
