Special Need children in Puerto Rico have been suffering from civil and human violations for decades. In fact there is class action suit that has not been resolved in 34 years. Things are getting worse by the second. For example, this year many of our children could not even attend school because local officials did not even hire teachers, paraprofessionals and many other things we Parents know our children need. Families are viewed as enemy of the state and the System keeps deteriorating despite billions of dollars sent by the federal government for our children. We NEED help.
