In response to the uninhibited gun-lovers' petition to oust Piers Morgan, we propose the following petition be signed to ensure Piers Morgan is NOT deported for using First Amendment rights. We the undersigned believe British citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is NOT engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment. Rather he is exercising First Amendment rights to put forth an alternative view to the NRA supporters who are threatened by his use of Free Speech and want him to be deported for expressing support for stricter gun control, an idea which would appear to be logical in light of recent gun-used murders. We demand that Mr. Morgan NOT be deported for his effort to act accordingly under the Bill of Rights in expressing his opinion that gun control needs to be updated. By using his position as a national network television host, he is able to reach large numbers of US citizens who agree with him that our rights are being undermined by rampant misuse of firearms. As American citizens, we are entitled to experience freedom from the fear of being gunned down by those who distort the sense of the Second Amendment.
