Today I pledge to embark on this journey that isn't always going to be easy but it will be worth it.
1. I pledge to exercise for good health and give my body a break when it’s needed.
2. I pledge to feed my body with the nutrients it needs, keeping in mind that food is fuel.
3. I pledge to not let myself feel guilty for indulging every now and then or missing a workout.
4. I pledge to give myself credit for all the hard work I put into living a healthy and active lifestyle.
5. I pledge to love the body I have currently, while working towards a version of what's been underneath all along.
6. I pledge to end the battle of negative self talk, and to replace those thoughts with positive ones.
7. I pledge from this point forward, to stop nit picking at my flaws and to start focusing on what makes me beautiful, inside and out.
