This is a petition to show support to Mr. Eric Cameron, a respected person in this community, and an awesome teacher at our school. Mr. Cameron was recently suspended after reprimanding a student that refused to stand during the playing of our national anthem. We have been told stand aside and not pass judgement on what is happening; but we still have a voice. We can speak out if we wish. If you want him back in the classroom, SIGN! While we know we do not have all of the information surrounding his suspension, we are believe that Mr. Cameron\'s history at this school should mean something. Please help show the district they need to re-evaluate their decision. Our current and future students need to rely on the school system to make the right choice and return Mr Cameron to MVHS where he belongs. This petition will be handed over to Kathy Baldwin District 16 Superintendent May 3rd, 2007. If you want to support Mr. C, please add your signature below. Even though it is free to sign this you will be asked to donate to the website after you hit \"sign petition\" .. just cancel/close .. your signature will already have been recorded.
