School uniforms are primarily intended to equalise students, while in actuality they are an inhibition and a subversion of free expression, a basic human right to which everybody is entitled without being judged. It also forces young children to "grow up" at an inappropriate age and deprives them of their individuality, leaving them as numbers in a system instead of human beings - freedom to dress liberally is a prerequisite in all countries.
