These rights that can also energize Orange County’s economy by attracting businesses that value diversity and require these protections for their employees. You ran on a platform to attract more businesses and fix our local economy. This is one element that will show small, medium and large corporations that Orange County is THE place to do business because it is sensitive to the needs of its citizens and through its fair social policies,it can provide a better and more attractive workforce.
