This is clearly in violation of the criminal provisions of 5 USC app Sec. 104 and 18 USC 1001, which prohibit false statements on government forms. Many citizens have been prosecuted for violating these statutes and sentenced to prison.
We, the undersigned, are asking the Department of Justice to investigate and prosecute these violations of Federal Law, and not afford Justice Thomas special treatment.
A U.S. Supreme Court Justice who violates the law places our nation's judicial system in serious jeopardy and makes a mockery of the words carved on the front of the Supreme Court, "Equal Justice Under The Law."

He should have recused himself from the Citizens United decision - clearly a huge conflict of interest. Prosecute!

So tired of these people thinking they are above the law. Twenty years of hiding money is not a mistake its a pattern.
If I lied on my taxes I would be in jail. Why does he get a free pass just because of his job? Zero accountability.

He made a mockery of the system then and he's still doing it now. He still can't be trusted to honestly disclose his finances unless he's found out by other checking on him. Remove him now, he is a disgrace to the bench....just ask Anita.
