To: Sony and SCEE We the people who have signed this petition, request that improvements are made on behalf of your RMA service for the playstation 3. Everyone that signed this petition believes in our cause or has had problems with a broken down playstation 3. The problem i want to adress has to do with the waiting time. The standard procedure is to wait 15 days for a revised playstation 3. But there are people who are waiting sinds last christmas 2007. That is almost 6 months this just cant be normal, and we hope that al people involved will be compensated in a sort of way for there patience. This petition has been created to highlight the number of users who are unhappy with the rma service, in the hope of raising awareness, perhaps getting the message through to Sony and service centers around the world.
