We the parents and legal guardians of students at Windsor Preparatory and East Windsor Middle Academy are requesting that the board of directors for the both Windsor Preparatory and East Windsor Middle Academy immediately replace the current management company with a new management company whom has the best interest for the school and children. We ask that the new management company not be affiliated or associated in any shape, form or fashion with the Newpoint Education, its companies, or associates who have been involved with Newpoint while managing Windsor Preparatory and East Windsor Middle Academy. We would like the board to request three (3) bids from potential new management companies. The parents and legal guardians would also request a workshop for each company, in which each company would make a presentation, and answer any and all questions from the public in attendance. We the parents and legal guardians of Windsor Preparatory and East Windsor Middle Academy would also request to vote on the new management company that will be hired by the board.
A new management company is imperative to be elected as soon as possible. The issues with Newpoint management include but are not limited to troublesome financial records, misspent grant money funds of $75,000, and the unexplained expenses of taxpayer dollars. Additionally, the students are suffering tremendously due to lack of educational resources, as well as the high teacher turnover rate in direct correlation to the instability of Newpoint management.

Our students and staff deserve so much more than this management company is willing to give. We are being denied basic curriculum and resources.
I absolutely love Windsor & its teachers and want to make sure they have the right team in place to support them. I truly believe that the recent teacher attrition is only based on leadership and management decisions. The teacher's hearts are so big and they only want the best for the students.
The lack of consistency is hurting our children. It's almost comical every time my children come home to be told they have a new teacher. Sadly when my son was failed a semester bc the temporary teacher didn't know how to put grades for the marking period, great job on failing our future!
As a former teacher of what was to be a new preschool and after working in Early Childhood Education, I can tell you that I have never seen a more poorly run program, with substandard conditions. This is NOT to discredit the director or hardworking ladies who dedicate themselves to their profession, but the Newpoint company itself greatly missed the mark:(

My grandsons attend Windsor. Unfortunately it seems the management company is run by businessman, not educators. I believe A change has to be made to ensure success for this school. So sad because I have witnessed a lot of dedicated faculty, staff and parents who truly want to see Windsor be a success. Don't give up the fight, it has such potential.
