Seeing this grow makes me think of my brother locked in a system that views his life as a ledger entry. The momentum behind this movement proves that people will not accept the commodification of human freedom.

Seeing one hundred people recognize the danger of for profit prisons feels like a massive step forward. My brother spent years in a system that viewed him as a product rather than a person and I am carrying that weight with me through this fight.

Keeping people locked up just to make a buck is flat out evil. Keep prisons public.
This is so wrong. Justice should never be a business model for corporations.
We have enough problems without turning inmates into profit margins for some ceo. stop this now.
My brother spent time in a facility that cared more about their stocks than the inmates mental health. never again.
PRISONS SHOULD NOT BE FOR PROFIT!!! Its sick that anyone even thinks this is okay.
