Developers wish to turn Apex House in Seven Sisters into a 22 storey tower of new builds. Not only is the height of this new build excessive for the area, but it would overshadow local residents. Rather than creating a landmark, they would be creating an eyesore.

For all the families and people living in the island of streets from Ashmount Road, Earlsmead Road, Pembroke Road, Colless Road, Townsend Road and beyond, this beast made from brick will loom over your homes and gardens in an otherwise family oriented and leafy neighbourhood.

Public notice signs have been few and weak and advertising times and dates for public forums in regards to the plans have not been well publicised.

There is no reason for the tower to be 22 storeys high other than greed. Please sign the petition if you are against having this monstrosity built in our neighbourhood.
