Removal of Eugene Delgaudio from Loudoun County Board of Supervisors
This is a petition for the removal of Eugene Delgaudio from his position as Sterling District Supervisor, on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. It is our belief that Mr. Delgaudio has repetitively shown a lack of professionalism that we would expect of a public official. Through his outspoken verbal and frequently written attacks against people who are not American citizens, homosexuals, or those who act in non traditional ways, he has shown an inability to be objective, therefore, an inability to equally and fairly, represent all the people of the Sterling district. To read about recent media attention regarding this, we have provided a list of links on the right-hand side of this page. We are convinced that this current supervisor cannot continue to lead our district. The Supervisor is placing his own self-interest before that of the citizens that he was elected to serve. We, residents in the Sterling District, have developed a serious concern for our diversely populated community, realizing that its very own residents are being perceived as discriminative and disgraceful due to Mr. Delgaudio’s obscene behaviors and actions. Delgaudio should be immediately expelled from office because there is sufficient cause that he committed acts of willful misconduct and maladministration. It is our intent to submit this petition to the Loudoun County Circuit Court for the removal of Eugene Delgaudio as Sterling District Supervisor.
It is required on this petition to submit your Street Address to confirm your residency in the Sterling district. Your address will not be displayed publicly on the Signatures page.
