Willie Collum is by far the worst referee in Scotland, his decisions baffle most clubs managers, players and fans. Recent stats show that Willie Collum is responsible for 26% of all red cards issued (19/72) and 28% of penalties given (28/79) this season.
It's time for the SFA to act and stop this man from ruining Scottish football with his ludicrous decision making. He is not fit to referee amateur football never mind top flight football.
