Betson has release a very poor quality arcade machine to arcades across the country. The unplayability of the machine will cause loss of business and likely ruin any chance of DDR having an arcade release in the US again. There is no excuse for such a poor design. We must make a statement by pledging to stop playing the game until the issues have been addressed and fixed. This petition will be sent to both Betson and Konami.
