1.Please sign this petition so that we can stop impunity in Kenya, as we speak Kalonzo Musyoka is globetrotting all over Africa will Kenyan's tax payer money trying to get African Dictators to support a pullout from the Rome statute by African states and he is getting a lot of support.
2 The Kenyan judiciary cannot even after the new constitution and a new Attorney General and chief prosecutor, be trusted to prosecute the 6 suspects simply because its subject to manipulation and intimidation that's why the elite Kenyan MP’s wants this option .
3. The Kenyan Parliament has already passed a motion to pull Kenya out of the Rome statute although this can only be done by the executive. Kenyan MP's will paralyze the house business if the president does not write to the UN to request a pullout.
4. This petition will be presented to the ICC as proof that Kenyans want the trial conducted at The Hague and not in Kenya where the Judiciary cannot be trusted.
5. If you love your country instead of just talking this is the time to get your voice heard, please sign with both your names and don’t sign if you’re not Kenyan
We need a million signatures tell all Kenyans to join in and sign before Ocampo summons the 6 in March
I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people took the time to join this effort. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined this level of consensus was possible.

Dont let them pull us out of the Rome statute! They are just scared of facing the truth at the Hague.

We are tired of the elite getting away with murder. The Hague is the only place we can trust to see actual justice done for the victims of 2007.

Enough is enough. My family was affected by the violence and we need real accountability not these empty promises from parliament.

Keep the case at the ICC. We know the local courts will just let them walk free like always.
