I honestly cannot stop thinking about the ethics of turning such a painful search into a blockbuster film deal because it just feels wrong on every level. People have been messaging me with their own frustrations and it is clear that many others feel this whole thing is moving in a really dark direction while we are still trying to process the reality of the situation.

This is just sick. How can anyone profit from a tragedy like this? Shame on them.
STOP THE MOVIE. let the poor girl rest and stop turning a nightmare into hollywood garbage. greed has no limits it seems.

completely disgusting. cant believe they would even consider selling the rights to their own daughter disappearance. just leave it alone.
