I sign this petition with the understanding that the right hand laneshould be used to turn off the third exit onto Chart road. the left lane should be used for turning left or taking the second exit.
I herby wish for action to be taken for the display of clear signage and/or correct signage to show this.

I am honestly stunned to see so many people feeling the same frustration about the Tank Roundabout as I do. If you have a moment today please pass this link to someone who drives this route often so we can reach that one hundred signature mark together.

The local authority have 'guided lines' on other roundabouts in the town to correct this same issue. I have had so many close calls on this roundabout, that I firmly believe that unless certain drivers are 'guided' into a corrective driving behaviour, it won't be long until we see a serious accident here.
The two lane egress is too short for a two lane ingress... I always fear getting sideswiped by other road users on I it!
Crazy behaviour at this junction. The right lane should be for turning right onto Chart Road, looking forward to new signage which will stop the agression of drivers who both think they have right of way
council told me that there weren't enough accidents to warrant any signs or road markings! The roundabout is dangerous,people don't know the Highway Code. Had and seen plenty of road rage at this roundabout from people in the wrong lane!
Everyday I see people using the left hand lane on Templar Way in order to turn right for Chart Road, then they have the gaul to sound their horn at you for using the right lane and getting in their way. Something needs to be done!
Roundabout cannot take two vehicles to go onto chart road ”arrows” on road
I'm utterly fed up with those in the left hand lane trying to take the third exit incorrectly in my belief. What happened to anything roughly before twelve o'clock use left hand lane and anything past 12 use the right, oh that's right you go and complicate things with silly extra lanes on merge and rubbish. Roundabouts don't need to be this complicated!. I was taught (by a qualified driving instructor) that to take the road towards chart road you take right hand lane as you would on all other roundabouts unless the signage stated otherwise. This one doesn't state otherwise therefore I'll be in the right hand lane (correct lane) and all those on the left hand lane can s*d off! I'm fed up with the left hand Laners trying to squeeze me out. It's an appalling roundabout which needs improvements and clarification.

Something needs doing before a bad accident occurs as people go round a large van in its blind spot on the left and then wonder why the van driver is flashing at them because he has to take evasive action as there is a smaller vehicle by his lhd front wheel that he hadn't seen till the last minute.
