As residents of a country, part of the European Union, we find the fact TOPSHOP delivers to our neighbouring countries but not Slovenia somewhat sad. We are huge fans of the online store and would become regular custumers, provided TOPSHOP started delivering to our country. We believe shipping to Slovenia does not involve any major costs, especially not higher than the ones needed for the items to ship to other European countries.
