We are working with the Monongalia Count Humane society to stop animal cruelty. This petition focuses on stopping dog tethering. We want to protect dogs from having too short of a tether, being tethered in extreme weather conditions, and being tethered for extended periods of time.
Any support will help give these animals the voice that they deserve.
