PETITION FOR $100,000 REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES STIMULUS PLAN

Authorized by the Constitution of the United States, Amendment 1

The U.S. Congress shall make no law abridging the right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

For more than 100 years, the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government have, through crimes of treason or extreme dereliction of duty, violated their oaths to protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Instead of protecting the constitutional rights of the people as their oaths demand, they have done quite the opposite. They have promoted, protected and defended economic enemies of the United States that use the government to destroy and confiscate businesses and property belonging to United States citizens. These enemies were and are the shareholders and beneficiaries of The Federal Reserve System, a cartel of International private bankers whose purpose and actions are to enslave the United States economically with many trillions of dollars of fraudulent taxes, a fictitious 19 trillion dollar debt and a false 200 trillion dollar unfunded liability.

Had our government representatives been true to their oaths to the Constitution, all government spending would have been paid for without the need for taxation and government borrowing. President Abraham Lincoln's congress printed money which lawfully funded the $450 million dollars necessary to win and end the Civil War and launch the industrial revolution. Lincoln's constitutional money creation actions eliminated the need for taxes and government borrowing as it would today.

In order to compensate the citizens of the United States today and help us recover from the abuses of government that amount to hundreds of trillions of dollars in damages since 1913 and make the transition from socialism to a true constitutional government, the undersigned hereby petition the U.S. Congress to reclaim their money creation powers and stolen assets from the unconstitutional economic recipients of the Federal Reserve System.

We petition for a redress of grievances and instruct the U.S. Treasury to issue a $100,000 Redress of Grievances stimulus check to all qualified adult citizens that register to vote, submit and complete a special Constitutional education training course, and subscribe an Oath to the Constitution of the United States in its purpose of protecting the unalienable rights of the people.

Furthermore we petition the government to abolish all government borrowing, the IRS, The Federal Reserve System, all taxation, all socialistic and other unconstitutional spending and actions.

We petition the congress to use the Constitution's Article 1 to fund all federal, state and local constitutional government expenses by creating $100 trillion dollars using the treasury's seigniorage powers which will eliminate the need for all taxation and end the need for government borrowing.

In order for this plan to work, we must have a president and a people committed to the support of a constitutionally sound government. We the petitioners support candidates that support this plan.
