Town of Apex rezoning case #15CZ02

Update the conditions to the rezoning case 15CZ02 dated March 9th 2015 per the following:
1. Traffic study must be performed after Thales academy, and Magnolia Walk properties are in operation before any site plans are approved.
2. Remove the following 8 land uses out of 57 which are currently allowed:
Hotel, or Motel ; Arena Auditorium stadium; Outdoor entertainment; Convenience store with gas sales; Gas and fuel retail; Retail Sales; Automotive service station; Vehicle sales and rental
3. Change Buffering – Southern Boundary from 20’ wide type A to 50’ wide type A due to zoning transition from residential to commercial. Add same buffer to Western border which also has residential property.
4. In event that the property is used for Automotive service station, or Vehicle sales and rental the service garage would be located on the northern edge of the property with the garage doors facing north.
