Hi Everyone! It is election period again and it would be a great pleasure to have the opportunity to run for Class President once again. Over the course of this year we were able to advocate for the class relating to academic matters (i.e., class policies), uniquely dual concerns (working to ensure we were on equal footing with singles at UDM in SBA policy, school policies, and social events), we were FINALLY able to get SBA support and cooperation in our class sweaters, and we hosted some fun class events. Ideally, I would like to keep the ball rolling specifically with continuing to attend meetings related to addressing dual program unique concerns. So far I have be able to advocate for issues like UDM versus UWindsor schedules and conflicts, the lack of sufficient seats in requirement satisfying classes etc. Hopefully this continued advocacy will see some changes.
