I am in favor of the humane treatment of animals while in the custody of the Pflugerville Pound. Currently dogs are housed in cages (no kennel runs to relieve themselves). Animals are lying in their own waste, not getting medical care, and there is no daylight in the facility. The Pound is NOT open to the public and has no active working relationship with rescue or re-homing groups. PFLUGERVILLE CAN DO BETTER. Let\'s be known as a town that takes care of the lost and left behind. Let\'s give the animals a chance at having a second chance in life.
