This is to show how bad or justice system is; A man was released from prison and given no skills on how to live outside of jail. He reoffended. (shock) He broke into peoples homes. No one was ever home accept for when he was caught. He is not a violent man. He is an addict that was not given treatment. He takes full responsibility for his actions and understands that he must pay for his actions. But here is the bad part, the state of NH feels he should be in jail for 60-120 years. Did you know that rapists, murderers and pedophiles don't even come close that kind of time? It is time to make this public. Rehab was never made an option before he was released. Education was never given before release. So because NH is bound to hide their mistake. They are putting this man in prison for the rest of his natural life. Some thing has got to be done to stop this. Please help to bring Kevin Balch home before 2023. He knows time needs to be served for his sins and his crimes. The time being asked for is just outrageous. Maybe if we all come together we can get something done.... letters to the AG of NH can be an avenue also.

Until you are unfortunate enough to get involved with the legal system you may think it is a system of justice. It is not. NH is not the only place that unethical, lazy, lying judges and prosecutors live.
60 years for a non violent addict?? The state just wants to ruin lives instead of fixing the real problem. This is totally insane and i hope someone actually listens for once

Absurd… I grew up with Kevin. This is absolutely ridiculous and an embarrassment to the justice system. The judge, prosecutor, AD and the rest of the gang should do their own time for this abuse of power
