We the undersigned are united in the belief that Coach USA/Community Coach has been letting the standard and care of their 77 Line service diminish drastically over the course of the past two months. *Advertised bus route departure times are continually late between 5 minutes and up to an hour. *Bus routes are frequently merged and/or discontinued with little to no warning. *Buses are frequently full to standing room only. *Buses frequently break down en route to their destinations. *Buses frequently in poor condition with broken or unadjustable seats, heating or cooling. *Bus drivers are frequently rude and disrespectful to the ridership. *Bus dispatchers are frequently rude and disrespectful to the ridership. *Bus dispatcher at PA very rarely updates ridership when there are delays or attempts in any way to update operations at the CC home office. It is our firm belief that although Coach USA/Community Coach are most likely in need of an annual cost increase to combat rising gas prices, the decline in service at this time is egregious and until the aforementioned issues are addressed, this cost increase should at the very least be postponed.
