RE: ORGANIZATION OF THE KENYA NATIONAL RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP

This is a letter of complaint as concerns the Kenya motorsport Federation the entity upon which you have conferred the rights to organize motor rallying in Kenya.

The sport has deteriorated immensely in the last three years and the culmination of this has been the exit of our long time key sponsor the Kenya Commercial bank. In the last three or so years most events have been plagued by one controversy after the other. All this impacts us the competitors who spend time and huge resources to take part in the sport we love.

We believe certain major steps can still be taken to save the sport we all love and to again start attracting sponsors back to the table

We the undersigned hereby request you to with immediate effect

1. Terminate the agreement with the federation

2. Appoint a new entity to organize motor rallying

3. Make public the KMSF accounts of the last 3 years
