This form represent every Kuwaiti student in Arizona State University (ASU.) We are protesting about the regulations that was sent to us. The regulations were about not approving some of the campuses in ASU. The policy banned students from taking classes in West and Havasu Campuses and limited students to take only one class in Polytichnic campus. Every student would agree upon the statement that "this policy will results to many different obstacles for every Kuwaiti student." The role of Kuwait Cultural office and the ministry of higher education is to find the best way to provide their students with most efficient ways to become successful students. We will explain the different negative aspects of this new policy.

At first, ASU has many different campuses and all of them return to the same administration of ASU. It is the same as Kuwait University which has campuses in Khaldiya, Shuwaikh and Kefan. With that being said when I am registered in Kuwait University I will go to classes in all of the campuses with out being banned from one and approved for the other. This is the exact same in ASU campuses.

Secondly, this policy will impact the university and the students negatively. ASU has more than 80 thousand student and the majority of them are in Tempe campus. For that reason the university organized the campuses and distributed them. On the other hand, the policies that were sent will results in not having space for students in classes, not having parking spaces, more traffic jam, bad organization of study plan, lateness of graduation plan and regulations and many more problems that any one of us can tell you.

Moreover, such these regulations must not be published in the middle of the semester. The right way is first to know and ask about what are the consequences of any policy. You can meet up with a student representatives and university representatives and discuss the matter. After that, the policy must be applied before the semester begins not after it started. That is because now many people will be fired from ASU and many will be delayed for a whole year.

To finish this letter We would say that we trust the ministry of higher education and the Kuwaiti Cultural Office that they will do the right thing for all of the Kuwaiti students here in ASU. Also, we will welcome any meeting with a representative to discuss this matter.
