We, the undersigned, petition Tajong Pagar Town Council to create a dog park in the green space at the corner of Guan Chuan and Chay Yan.
We feel that this addition to Tiong Bahru would enhance the neighborhood, promote social interaction within the community and support the health, well-being and fitness of the growing number of dogs in Tiong Bahru.
This petition supports a formal proposal/plan being made to Tajong Pagar Town Council.

im still gathering all the feedback you guys have left and it’s honestly looking like there is so much support for this space. i am putting together a packet to drop off at the council office soon so they see how many people actually want this.

im still processing how much traction this is getting and its honestly incredible to see so many neighbors getting behind this. we are finally showing the town council that this space is really wanted by everyone here.

Dogs need space. I stay at the new HDB block at Kim Tian and space is limited. Please set up a dog park to make Tiong Bahru less commercial and neighbourhoodish
This would be fantastic for the neighbourhood!! There are no dog parks centrally located to TB and if you don't have a car, it's really limiting. Please give our little mates a secure place to run and socialise.
It will benefit both dog lovers as well as non dog lovers because a drained and happy dog will not barked at home, every estate should have one dog park
This is a great initiative. I think there are lots of dogs in Tiong Bahru - mine included - with excess energy, who would be much calmer, quieter and happier if they could let off some steam in a dog run, and socialise with other dogs.
Such a great idea! Unfortunately at the moment this green space is never used -so with the increasing amount of doggies in the Tiong Bahru, this makes good sense!
Me as a dog enthusiast and native Tiong Bahru want to support the will. I also work at Tanjong Pagar.

Having lived in Singapore, particularly in Tiong Bahru for over a decade, I've always wondered why this spot hasn't been utilised better. A dog park is a wonderful idea for a community space for us to have some kampung spirit, esp when our neighbourhood is often taken over by "hipsters" coming in on the weekend.
