We, the undersigned, feel it is a disgrace and embarrassment to have a known felon for drug use and possession to be on the committee for the Munhall Community Day event(s).
The name of this person is Martin (Marty) Lischner.
Although he is currently a Munhall resident, he spent two years in jail in Florida and is listed there as a repeat offender. Most recently he was sentenced here in Pittsburgh Court to an 18 month probation for the same crimes for which he is currently serving and will be severing at the time of the event in 2014.
It is our recomendation that he be removed from this committee and any further involvement with borough affairs and/or affairs.
