I’m not usually one to say much but this “master plan” that council has come up with can have massive ramifications on not only on my family’s business but so many other small local businesses that are already doing it tough in this time.

Their plan is to PERMANENTLY close Russell street in front of the courthouse as well as adding cycleways and PARALLEL parking down William street - don’t we struggle with not enough parking already? This means an approximate 50% loss of parking

Our business has not even been contacted by council in relation to this even though it will hurt our business significantly!

So I’m using social media in the hopes to get more people to sign a petition to put a stop to this
