Re: September 2008 Joint Hearing on Comprehensive Plan As residents of Queen Anne's County, we vigorously oppose the development of the Wheatlands Farm Project as a mixed commercial area, to include a shopping center, offices and an assisted living facility. Our opposition is based on the disastrous environmental, traffic and public safety consequences of the proposed Project. The Project will not in any way enhance the livability of the area and, in fact, will have just the opposite effect. We urge you to reject the Project so it is not included in the Comprehensive Plan.
